Stay healthy

So many friends got sick recently. sigh


Let's try to take care of ourselves by consuming a balance diet all the time ok, so what constitute as a balance diet? The main food that should be included in your diet are like carbs (rice, bread, pasta etc), poultry, meat, seafood, dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt etc), Vegetables & fruits. Like shown in the pyramid below :-

Ideally, that would be a truly balance diet when you had consumed variety and different kinds of foods. Which later, would be digested and provide much needed energy, vitamins etc by our body. But most of the time, it's easier said than done. Of course, different people have different preference, favourites and must-have food that they love. However, I believe in moderation and try to control the food intake (esp with sugar). I love vegetables & fruits, though. And don't mind eating them at every meal time.








And oh! above anything else, drink plentiful of plain water at all time. You know your body needed it very much.

Couldn't agree more with you. A healthy balance diet is definately the way to go. Diet doesn't mean that we need to starve and eat boring food. We can change the way our food is being prepared, switch the ingredients and enjoy our way to being healthy. :)
